OPERATIONS // AI IMPLEMENTATION

AI THAT SURVIVESREAL OPERATIONS

Only 17% of businesses run AI in actual production. The rest are stuck in pilots that fail at a 70–95% rate. Echostate closes that gap: assessment, implementation, and ongoing operations from a consultant who ran nuclear reactors and FDA production floors before he ever touched a model.

18 years in regulated operations. US Navy nuclear. FDA and ISO medical device production. Utility infrastructure and industrial automation. Certified Scrum Master.

Operators first, technologists second

Founded by Josh Nichols, US Navy nuclear veteran and former FDA medical device production manager. Based in Georgia, serving clients nationwide, remote first.

Echostate is an AI implementation consultancy built by operators. Our background is eighteen years in environments where failure is not an option: naval nuclear reactors, FDA and ISO regulated medical device manufacturing, industrial automation installations, and utility infrastructure. We have led factory expansions, cut cost of nonquality, written validation protocols, answered to auditors, and trained teams to run new systems. Now we put that operational judgment behind AI: we build with modern AI tools daily and deploy them into real businesses, one proven workflow at a time. Most AI projects fail on operations problems, not technology problems. Operations problems are what we have solved our whole careers.

01

Integrity

We tell you what AI cannot do for you as readily as what it can. No invented case studies, no borrowed numbers, no hype.

02

Operational Judgment

We have run production floors, not just projects. Solutions are designed for the people who will actually use them.

03

Proven Then Expanded

One workflow at a time, measured against agreed success metrics, before anything scales.

What We Deploy

Three clear paths to AI that works in your operation.

FlagshipCustom build

Custom AI Agents

We design and build autonomous AI agents tailored to your operation. Agents that read your systems, make decisions inside your rules, and take real work off your team's plate. Fewer than 5% of operations businesses have agents running reliably in production. We build the ones that actually hold up.

  • Purpose-built for your workflows, not generic chatbots
  • Integrated with your existing tools and data
  • Guardrails, approvals, and human-in-the-loop control
  • Monitored and maintained after launch

AI Readiness Assessment

$2,500

Starting from

We map your actual workflows, data, and systems, then deliver a ranked list of where AI will pay off in your business. You get a clear roadmap with costs and the honest case for what to skip.

Expected savings

Clients typically identify 3–6 workflows worth automating. Each workflow targeted reduces that process cost by 30–60% in staff time. The assessment cost is usually recovered in the first 60 days of a single implementation.

Every engagement is priced to the size and complexity of your operation. From $2,500 for small operations; typically $5,000 to $15,000 for larger and multi-site operations. You will know the full number before any work begins.

Included

  • Workflow and data audit
  • Ranked opportunity map
  • Tool and vendor recommendations
  • Implementation roadmap
  • Executive readout

COMPANIES USING AI FOR OPERATIONS REPORT 23% AVERAGE PRODUCTIVITY GAIN

Deep Specialty: Operations

Manufacturing, logistics, field services, construction, healthcare operations, and any business that runs on procedures, schedules, and compliance. From single location businesses to multi site facilities. We come from the most demanding operational environments that exist, and we speak your language.

Unplanned downtime alone costs industry an estimated $50 billion a year (Deloitte). These are the workflows we target first — the ones with a clear, measurable cost to doing nothing.

03//Use Cases

Where AI Delivers

Operational workflows where AI takes over documentation, scheduling, triage, and routine tasks. Shown with examples from across operations. The same workflows run in shops, fleets, job sites, clinics, and offices.

Predictive Maintenance

Anticipate failures in machines, fleets, and facility equipment before they occur using sensor data and machine learning.

  • · Fewer unplanned stoppages
  • · Longer equipment life
  • · Maintenance scheduled on condition instead of the calendar
70%reduction in breakdowns. Predictive maintenance also raises productivity 25% and lowers maintenance costs 25%.
